Payment, Shipping & Refund policies


All orders will be shipped to addresses provided through our website at the checkout so please ensure this is entered correctly.

I offer flat rate shipping of $7 With tracking within Australia. There is also an option at the checkout for express post. Each postage method also offers the option of signature on delivery for a small additional cost.

All in stock items are dispatched in 1-3 business days from date of order.


Will, Cee & Jay ship from Geelong, Victoria with Australia Post, and each parcel is lodged over the counter to activate tracking.

Orders (in stock) are posted within 3 business days of purchase. I lodge parcels every Monday,  Wednesday & Friday

Estimated delivery is 2-10 business days depending on your location, however once a parcel is lodged i have no control over the postage times but I do monitor all tracking numbers daily to ensure they're moving along nicely


A confirmation email will be sent to let you know once your order has been shipped & your tracking details will be provied.



Refund & Returns policy:

Instock products can be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. These must be returned in original condition with any tags and/or packaging in tact. A STORE CREDIT only will be issued for the retail price of the item/s returned (excluding any postage costs) return postage must be paid by the customer.

You will need to email or message me on my socials to arrange your return

Refunds/returns are not accepted on custom made clothing due to change of mind or incorrect size chosen 

Returns, repairs, exchanges or refunds will be provided on faulty items & contact with proof of the fault must be provided within  14 days of receiving your order. I take great pride in my work & Will always happily discuss any issues you may have & then take the appropriate action to rectify them.



We offer several payment options at the checkout, including paypal, credit card, afterpay, laybuy & Latitudepay.

Unauthorised usage of payment providers:
We take the security of our customers very seriously. All reports of fraud will result in such activity being reported immediately to ACORN and the AFP, as well as the payment service used for the activity. This may result in the closure of the account. No refunds or store credits will be issued in cases of unauthorised usage of the payment services unless Will,Cee & Jay  is instructed too by ACORN, the AFP or relevant authorities at the conclusion of their investigation.


Please note: due to the nature of handmade, some items may differ slightly from the images shown on the listings, such as variations in pattern placement of a fabric print. However I strive to provide a favorable pattern placement on each item, any variations will be slight & simply provide a uniqueness about each piece.

Colours may also vary slightly between what is seen on your screen compared to the fabric in person. I make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possibly however variations may occur depending on your screens colour settings & the lighting conditions in which you are viewing the images.
